Andrea successfully found the ideal hotel based on the specific needs I communicated to her. Furthermore, she went above and beyond by personally communicating with the concierge to coordinate arrangements and requests before my arrival. Crucially, she was also readily available while I was there, helping me work things out and even arranging to extend my stay by two nights.
Her biggest strength, in my opinion, is her dedication to thoroughly vetting hotels through research. This due diligence ensures the property is the best possible match and delivers a seamless experience.
