In August 2023, I set sail on Silversea’s Silver Whisper Alaska cruise. Heading from Anchorage to Vancouver, this cruise took us to some truly spectacular sites. Starting with a gorgeous train ride from Anchorage to Seward, we went past glaciers and beautiful scenery. We stopped in Juneau, Sitka, Wrangell and Haines, all while sailing in luxury. Silversea’s incredible one-to-one staff ratio and digital system mean that every steward knows your name, preferences and allergies immediately. And their truly all-inclusive approach — no need to sign for your drinks or meals — meant we worried about nothing for a week of true vacation. I booked my next Silversea trip immediately upon my return.
