Andrea is incredible. I told her what hotel I wanted to book and it was booked within the hour. The VIP perks that come with having Andrea as your travel advisor are absolutlely stellar. I was upgraded to a higher floor & bigger room. I also had expedited check in. She is communicative and always aims to give her clients an above and beyond experience. Luxury at its finest.

Andrea was absolutely phenomenal!! We loved working with her to plan our honeymoon to Europe! She carefully crafted our plans to reflect our personal wants and needs, and kept us involved every step of the way. We’ll never plan a big trip without her again!
She also left us sweet, thoughtful gifts at every single hotel we stayed at. She’s the best !!

Andrea’s knowledge and expertise helped us plan a wonderful trip, we throughly enjoyed our time in Italy. Our hotel rooms were well positioned within the regions we selected allowing us to see and do our planned activities with relative ease. Not sure we would have been able to accomplish everything without having rented a car…. I will share driving in Italy is quite an experience and not for the faint of heart. Said another way, these people are complete lunatics on the road. It was a pleasure working with Andrea as our travel agent. She was patient and informative from start to finish. Also, thanks for the treats you left at check-in. Such a thoughtful gesture.

Andrea made the entire trip comfortable and easy. There was no stress with figuring out accommodations, check-in at the resort was easy with zero complications, and she even arranged a fishing trip for us that went off without a hitch. I submitted our flight plans, and she also arranged for transportation to and from the resort so that we didn't have to bother with that. We will definitely be booking through Andrea again in the future.

Andrea was very communicative regarding booking pricing, expectations, and any sort of troubleshooting we needed whilst on our vacation! HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING HER and I will definitely plan to have her as a travel agent next year!
