Working with Andrea to plan our trip to Canada exceeded all of my expectations. She went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was carefully thought out and that our trip was a smooth as it could possibly be. I will definitely work with Andrea again in the future!

Andrea provided over-the-top service to us from the first time we inquired about an Alaskan cruise until we returned home and she followed up with us. We had dozens of communications by phone and email and text, and she was always quickly and expertly responsive to whatever concerns we had. Not only did Andrea help us select an appropriate cruise line for the time we had available to make our Alaskan cruise, she also helped us with our hotel reservations in Vancouver, provided just the type of first class experience we hoped for there. Because this was our first cruise, we had many many questions ranging from accommodations, to itinerary, to dining experiences, to side excursions, to dress code, etc. She answered all our questions promptly and followed up with documentation from the cruise line on many occasions. There was really little for us to do other than to show up with expectations of a pretty great trip. However, the whole trip greatly exceeded our expectations. We had recommended Cosal Travel to my brother, and he used her services as well on this trip and was equally delighted. Not only will we all be using her services going forward, but we have already recommended her to other friends of ours who we think will have similar interest.

Ms. Blackmon's work was impeccable. Not only did she recommend Silversea—which we're very grateful for—she also booked us a fabulous hotel for the two days we stayed in Vancouver prior to departure. Again, every expectation was exceeded!

Our trip to the Oregon coast exceeded all of our expectations. Working with Andrea was a dream! We stayed in a riverfront room at The Bowline in Astoria, which now tops the list of my all-time favorite boutique hotels. We were greeted by the resident sea lions and enjoyed complimentary champagne upon check-in. Thank you, Andrea, for helping us book the perfect getaway!
