Anat is the best travel agent I've ever worked with. She listened to what I was looking for which was a warm place south of the border. She gave me a list of a few places and once I narrowed the list down to a couple places she did another in-depth research of these two resorts and I decided to go to the Conrad Tulum. Anat is very patient, knowledgeable, thorough professional and incredibly patient, and very personable. She really is the best.

Anat has been amazing! She helped resolve a serious reservation issue with another hotel, suggested Excellence, which was rated higher for about the same price we paid for the other hotel. She was super helpful in showing us multiple options, making the reservation and letting the facility know about dietary issues. I will make all my future reservations with her!! Beyond these, Anat was super patient and nice!!!

I can't say enough about Anat. She was really wonderful. She came up with the perfect itinerary for me that suited my needs and budget. She suggested hotels and local tours for different sites after researching each one, which was very helpful, and she never pressured me to take one or the other. She was patient, helpful and always accessible when a tour was canceled or for any other questions I had. I've never used a travel agent for my trips in the past, but Anat really spoiled me and I will definitely use her services in the future. Anat is truly the best. FIVE STARS service all around.
