She did an excellent job taking care of every detail. She provided us with several options to choose from, and we selected Hilton based on the reviews. Although Hilton failed to deliver on what was expected – something that was completely outside of her responsibility – she still ensured we had a quality vacation and a great overall experience.
Her communication was fast and proactive, and as soon as the issues with Hilton occurred, she immediately helped us secure a new hotel. Despite Hilton’s lack of care, she handled everything professionally and made sure we were taken care of.
