Ana was the best! I had planned a girls’ trip with my mother. We are both older ladies, so of course we needed somewhere comfortable, quiet, and not too difficult to walk around. I had booked a hotel on my own, but when we arrived…¡qué horror! The hotel was nothing like what I expected. It was terrible! I was so stressed, especially because I didn’t want my mom to have a bad time.

Thankfully, I reached out to Ana and even though she was all the way in Los Angeles and I’m in Mexico, she responded right away. Ana was so kind, calm, and truly took care of everything for me. In no time, she found us a beautiful hotel in Cuernavaca, not far from where we already were. The hotel was exactly what I was looking for! It was peaceful, lovely, and it had beautiful ameneties. Super relaxing. It was perfect for two older women wanting to relax and enjoy.

Thanks to Ana, my weekend with my mom turned into one of the best we’ve had. I was so impressed with how quickly she fixed the situation. If it wasn’t for her, this trip could’ve been a complete disaster. ¡Gracias de corazón, Ana! You saved our weekend.
