Amy was wonderful through this whole process. I’ll never book a big trip like this without her help. Everything she set up for us was super easy to use and understand. Made our Japan experience so much better. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone she will make your trip and life so much easier.

Amy is a real Gem an understanding person as well as a great pleasure to work with. You need to understand my wife is 80 and I will be 87 in two months, which means I was born before ballpoint pens, so you can understand when I say I have some challenges with new technology, and now you want me to order an Uber when I am halfway around the world from North Carolina, on a phone who likes to challenge me on a regular basis? She taught us how to be comfortable doing it!

We explained we would be visiting people in San Francisco first and then what type of vacation we wanted in Maui, what we like as a couple, what type of vacations we have enjoyed in the past, and I gave her a ballpark budget. Well together we came up with The Westin Maui Resort and we enjoyed every day of our vacation. She made several suggestions of things to do and places to see in between days at the resort which we did and really enjoyed. She spent time with us and even set up Zoom calls with us which made commutating very nice and easy. I know she saved us money with all the extras we receive, which we would not have known about if we tried to set the trip up by ourselves. She made sure I had the room I wanted when we arrived at the resort. That was a problem when I booked my own vacations. She gave me her personal phone number to use if I needed it. The thing she did which impressed and gave us comfort was she listed (Day1 - Day11), description of each day’s events, suggestions about the event, phone numbers, invoice numbers if needed, and we used her notes every day. We will not lose Amy’s Phone number for the future

Amy is a dream to work with. She is responsive, truly listens to needs and made our trip a once in a lifetime experience. I plan to go to her first whenever looking to book overseas from here on out!
