Amma was thorough, thoughtful, and detailed, and fantastic to work with. She is also responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions for a group like ours who hadn't done a cruise experience before. We were also a multi-family group, so it was very helpful having Amma's help in navigating lots of logistics. Highly recommend!
