Amanda was a pleasure to work with! What made this stay even more special was the thoughtful planning Amanda put into my booking. She had a lovely welcome letter and chocolates waiting for us upon arrival, along with a personalized itinerary of local events and activities to help us make the most of our time in Dublin. Her attention to detail and local insight truly elevated our experience.
Highly recommend both the hotel and the exceptional service provided by our travel agent!

Working with Amanda was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She was not only friendly and approachable, but also incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it came to European travel.
She went above and beyond to ensure my trip was seamless. From making dining reservations and arranging transfers to suggesting fun and interesting activities before and after the cruise, her attention to detail was outstanding. She even helped me navigate transportation options, offering helpful advice on when to take an Uber versus the train, and how to do so with ease.
Her expertise and thoughtful planning made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I truly appreciated having someone so reliable and well-informed to guide me through the process. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a cruise or European adventure!

Amanda did a great job with our reservations, and we had no worries at all knowing that everything was taken care of. When we opened the door to our room, as eyes opened like little kids at Christmas as she had book at upgraded room for us, and left two very nice gifts for us. We were so thrilled.
Just as an aside, when we got home Amanda had sent us an email, letting us know that she had been monitoring one of our future hotel reservations for Vienna, and that the price per night had gone down. We received a new booking reservation for that trip with a lower price.
Good service is getting something you ask for, great service is going beyond that and getting something we hadn't even asked her to keep checking. Very happy with Amanda.
