Amanda did an AMAZING job helping us plan our trip. This was our first time using a travel agent and we were just thrilled with what Amanda was able to discern about us from only one conversation. The options she sent us were incredible and we absolutely loved working with her. We have referred her to others and will work with her again!

Amanda planned the entire trip for us - not enough good workds to say about her service, availability and hitting all of our needs. we will continue to work with Amanda on our future trips.

Amanda goes out of her way to think ahead of anything you might need or have questions about. She provides options and is consistently communicating (but not over communicating) to make everything as smooth as possible.

I hired Amanda because I have become more anxious about making my own travel arrangements now that I am over 70. Amanda was very helpful. She asked good, specific questions about our needs and responded promptly to all communications. She answered questions about how things are done in Colombia and explained how to use things like an online payment system. She made us an itinerary that I used. It was good to know she was there if I needed help while on the journey. I would recommend her to my friends.
