Amanda went above and beyond trying to make things right when Club Med refused to give us any support during some last minute changes to our trip. She did everything she could to help us during an unexpected situation.

Amanda was excellent from the beginning in helping find the right destination for us based on what we were looking for. It was our first family trip out of the country and Amanda made us feel at ease with her knowledge and confidence she represented. She was extremely prompt and would respond to emails at all hours of the day, sometimes within minutes.
I appreciated her keeping in touch throughout the entire process and giving us tips to make the trip smooth.
The proof is in the pudding though, our trip was amazing and we will definitely be using Amanda to advise on our next family excursion.

Amanda was amazing! She spent a lot of time trying to understand what was important to us and what little things would make a difference for us, and she presented a few options for us to ultimately make our own decision. We actually visited the two resorts that we did not pick, just to have a drink and see the property. At first glance, we had slight buyers remorse because as amazing as the Seven Stars was...these two places were over the top. But in just stopping in to have a drink, we encountered some service issues that would have driven me crazy if we had decided to stay at either of these places. Not huge deals, but not great first impressions.
This highlights how perfectly Amanda nailed what is most important to us - SERVICE! Seven Stars had impeccable service in all areas of the resort and for a full five days.
Amanda was also extremely helpful in giving us restaurant and excursion recommendations!
We can't wait for Amanda to help us with our next trip and I would highly recommend using her for your next trip!
