An absolute dream working with Amanda! I despise planning and she was able to take my interests and comfort level, find local restaurants, activities, and transportation for me to choose from. Booked everything so all I had to do was go on my app and pull up the ticket or reservation confirmation number and I was set! She checked in before my trip to make sure I had everything accessible and if I had any questions. If I had any issues during my trip she was available. I had the best experience and I will always use Amanda at SYNT, and recommend her to everyone.

My husband and I were planning a trip to wine country and wanted to make it a special trip. When we started to plan the trip, we were overwhelmed with the number of wineries in Sonoma and Napa. We contacted Lauren and told her what we wanted a trip of a lifetime. We spent a day in San Francisco and had an amazing itinerary that included a visit to Fishermans Wharf and surrounding sites. We had a wonderful dinner under the Bay Bridge and grabbed the best croissants for breakfast the next day. She arranged for passes for us at the Muir Woods and we had an amazing hike amongst the redwoods. We travelled to Sonoma and stayed at the Hotel Le Mars. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Lauren planned out numerous activities and wineries to visit during our three day stay and we were amazed with the views of the countryside filled with vineyards, mountains and great tasting wine. The town we stayed in had an incredible amount of restaurants, bars and bistros. We ate at fantastic places and the locals were so friendly. On our final morning in Sonoma, Lauren found an amazing location for us to spend horseback riding in the hills and on the beach. We spent two days in Napa and found the wineries and downtown Napa to be exceptional Our trip was customized for us. Lauren kept checking on us the whole time and helped us pivot when we experienced challenges. We felt that Lauren cared about making everyday a special one. She was so attentive and responsive during our whole trip. She went ABOVE and BEYOND!! It was an amazing trip and we plan on using her again.
