Aly Emiola is a fantastic travel agent! She is an excellent listener and executes really well. She helped to book my Four Seasons Hotel in Florence and went above and beyond to add amenities to make my mother’s birthday really special! There was cake, fruit, balloons, and beverages upon entering the room! Aly also helped me to book very detailed train tickets for a hassle free adventure in Italy allowing me to focus on other areas of our trip. I had a very detailed trip planned for my mom and Aly was there to listen and took the time to offer so many suggestions for our trip! I have already recommended her to friends and they have raved in reviews of their experiences with her. Anyone seeking an stress-free and memorable journey should definitely book with her. I’m so entirely grateful for my experience with her and feel fully confident in future trips!
