Allison was attentive to all our requests and coordinated the many activities we wanted across multiple different family members. She even arranged a birthday surprise for my husband that allowed my sister-in-law and my niece to meet up with us and join in our activities. I couldn’t have asked for a better or more seamless experience that truly exceeded my expectations.

Allison was very helpful and very professional. She listened to our list of wants and she delivered a great resort option that ended up being perfect for our family trip. Allison is very knowledgeable about the area and has resources that she tapped into to get us even more information about the resort and amenities. We did have one issue with our return shuttle back to the airport (100% not her fault) and she worked with the shuttle company to find a resolution and got us a refund for the mishap. I really approved go above and beyond and I feel like we now have a true friend in the travel business. We will definitely be calling her for all of our trips in the future! Thank you Allison!!
