Allie is a great communicator, very easy to work with, and clearly cares about her clients. Before landing on Malliouhana, she listened to what our tastes, preferences, ideas, etc. were and provided some options. She was able to secure some great perks with Malliouhana, and coordinated with the resort to answer our questions that she didn't know off hand. Allie was proactive and reached out to book excursions spa appointments (spa was amazing) prior to our arrival. Allie also sent us a follow up email on our first or second full day to see how everything was going, which was a nice touch and made us feel prioritized.
