My checked-off bucket list includes: two jaw-dropping African safaris, climbing the western Sahara dunes on camelback, exploring the souks of Istanbul and Marrakech, discovering the history and luxury of Italy, experiencing the magic of European Christmas markets, slothing it out in Costa Rica and cruising the Med & Alaska. Allen is a joy to work with. He treats each trip like he's planning it for his own family — incredibly thorough and attuned to the needs/wants we outlined. He thinks of every detail, from the best precise location of our cruise cabin, right down to which mosquito repellant to bring for easy packing on excursions! He puts a ton of time and effort into researching every detail of the itinerary so you don't have to, giving you total piece of mind that your vacation has been fine-tuned for the best possible outcome. He's very well traveled himself and generous with his time on meetings. We loved the transparency in cost comparisons and his consultative nature in what experiences are worth the upgrade versus which you may want to pass on the hype. He's also very responsive; we didn't have any issues during our trip, because he prepared us so well, and I'd imagine even if there was a hiccup, he would be quick to help fix it, just based on his responsiveness all throughout the process leading up to the trip. He's already working on our next adventure!
