It didn't take too much explanation for Alina to understand my needs both time wise and in the location I was seeking. She found where I wanted to visit to meet my son and she found a central spot with the right vibe and amenities I was looking for.

We were looking for a short weekend getaway to celebrate our mom’s 86th birthday, and Alina, our family travel advisor, found us the perfect spot in Laguna Beach just steps away from the best beaches and restaurants. Most importantly, Alina selected a property with accessibility in mind for our father. To be able to travel as a family with everyone’s needs in mind is so important and not always easy to do. We had a wonderful time and we are already looking forward to our next getaway.

For the past two ski seasons, Alina has planned all aspects of our Japan group ski trips to Hokkaido and Nagano. She stays on top of all communications with the group and with the local teams in Japan. Working with Alina helps us stay organized, so we spend less time stressing and more time skiing!

Alina’s recommendations were spot on. Normally, I stay in Midtown NYC but on this trip I needed to be closer to Chelsea. Alina explained the perks of booking The Standard Hotel, including an upgraded room, full breakfast, and a personalized welcome gift. Working with Alina exceeded my expectations.
