She had intimate familiarity with the area and her expertise showed through every new update or suggestion. She was well aware of the complexities involved in international travel and by having our lodging, transportation, and excursions all arranged professionally I felt very safe and secure taking this trip. It is tough to quantify how working with Windows on Travel enhanced our experience because our honeymoon would have never been the same without that level of planning and helpful knowledge of the area. My husband and I traveled to Portugal for our honeymoon. Working with Windows on Travel was a 10 out of 10 experience for me. Trying to plan a honeymoon amongst multiple other life transitions was a big task. Alexis took out all the stress and really understood my vision for what kind of trip I wanted. She was kind, easy to get a hold of, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. She stayed exactly within my budget and booked some very beautiful accommodations and experiences for us. Her experience with travel planning gave her the opportunity to splurge on certain things while being able to save money on another experiences. Everything was exactly how we wanted it and exactly how we discussed. There were wildfires in Portugal during the time of my honeymoon and one of our excursions unfortunately had to be canceled. Alexis had multiple other opportunities for us within minutes and booked us an unforgettable cooking class which ended up being one of our favorite experiences.

Time and experiences are so precious in life, and I'm so glad I chose to take the plunge on this adventure that wouldn't have been possible without you. You made me feel someone had my back from afar. The experience couldn't have gone any better. I credit your expertise, but also your kindness.
