Alexis was a joy to work with. Incredibly thorough and knowledgeable of the property and area. She gave us lots of recommendations of things to do and details to expect that were all fully accurate and helpful to know in advance. She communicated frequently and quickly responded to all our messages and questions. She's just awesome. This was our first experience with a travel planner and we're never going back to planning a trip like this ourselves!
