My husband and I have visited Italy several times but Alex made this the easiest and most stress-free trip we’ve ever experienced. She successfully handled every detail in our itinerary with the highest level of expertise and professionalism. Her organizational skills are truly amazing. We had Alex as our travel planner for an international bachelorette party. Words cannot express what a fantastic trip she put together for us. I know she has a lot of experience traveling domestically and internationally, so often times she’s able to offer recommendations based on first-hand experience. On this trip she relied on online and interpersonal research and her diligence is unmatched. Our group spent a little less than a week in Panama. She planned all aspects of our visit from the accommodations to the daily activities, in addition to transportation, dining, and individual needs/requests from members of our group. Each component was well thought-out down to the tiniest detail and specifically curated to the preferences of our group. One particularly impressive travel-planning triumph was that Alex asked for interest from the group in visiting an island on the other side of the country (San Blas Islands - highly recommend!). She was able to find a boat for us to stay on overnight, she coordinated transportation to and from the boat, including private car service and a private water taxi to get us to our vessel. The boat stay was luxurious, she even managed to find a professional chef on a neighboring boat to cook us a special dinner, which more than surpassed our expectations for the experience. All of this was organized on a rather short timeline, she came in below our budget, and most importantly security was never even a question; we felt very safe with the drivers and the boat captain who were entrusted with hosting us. The entire trip went seamlessly and I am confident we maximized the time we had in the area. We began the trip with an informed understanding of local culture and must-see attractions and she put together an itinerary that allowed us to see everything we wanted during our limited time. What might have been most impressive is that she hand-selected each location for dining and nightlife each day and let me tell you, she did not miss. Every meal and outing found us at a venue that was perfectly suited to the occasion. Alex is an absolute wizard at travel planning and event coordination, I cannot recommend her services enough.
