My Story
With over 15 years of experience traversing the globe, my journeys have taken me from the bustling markets of Ho Chi Minh City to the serene beaches of the US Virgin Islands, allowing me to curate personalized and enriching journeys.
My Travel Style
As a former luxury cruise line and private yacht Chief Concierge, I love immersing myself in new destinations by exploring them on foot. I believe that there is no better way for our children to learn than by experiencing the world firsthand, whether it's walking through ancient ruins, tasting new cuisines or hearing different languages.

Alex is a joy! She is so thoughtful about every element of my adventures. This is the second trip she has helped plan, and every detail has been perfect. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciate her attention to helping me find beautiful places to stay in areas that feel safe. The hotels she sourced in Central Europe have now spoiled me forever!

Alex goes absolutely above and beyond. She got us a great deal, made sure we got the spa credit when something didn’t work out on the hotels side, responded promptly, was so professional and kind and made sure this was a smooth and amazing process.

Alex was simply amazing! From the first conversation all the way to the day before we left she was always in contact. Alex provided many options and great insight on the pros and cons for each resort and option discussed. Additionally Alex went above and beyond with providing tour details and information. She worked closely with hotel concierge to make sure we were taken care of. I will be using Alex’s services for all future trips and vacation plans.

I recently booked a cruise with Alex to Australia and New Zealand on Celebrity Edge. We were about to reserve our traditional balcony cabin. Alex convinced us to go with a cabin called “veranda“or Concierge Class for just a slight increase in fare. The cabin was amazing! The veranda gave us more living square feet in the cabin yet we still had a balcony-like view; instead of sliding patio doors, the veranda had a bay window.
I asked Alex how she knew so much about all these places and tours. I learned that Alex has several years onboard experience with Crystal cruise line. Once back on shore, she did itinerary planning work for the Crystal ships. This is how she knows about all the different ports so well and has the local contacts.

We came to Alex with just a vague idea for a trip to New Zealand, a bucket list style trip that we've had in the back of our minds but never really researched or planned. We had some great talks with Alex over zoom and email over the next several weeks to really figure out what we wanted to get out of NZ. She offered tons of great insight from the high-level decisions like how long we want to go and how much of the country we want to cover, down to individual details like specific activities/hotels, while adjusting everything to our preferences and things we had found on our own research. She coordinated all the bookings with a local DMC on our behalf so we had that local point of contact in case we had any problems with hotel, rentals, tours, flights, or any other kind of booking while we were there.
She kept all these things within our budget and even arranged with the DMC to split up the large total payment into smaller installments that we paid over the months leading up to the trip. She also got the DMC to provide an itemized breakdown of the costs when it felt like certain things seemed significantly pricier than others. I also really appreciated that Alex encouraged us to book a few things directly ourselves instead of through her or the DMC in cases where it just made things easier for us to deal with the customer support in case of issues. Even in those cases, Alex provided guidance and made sure we didn't have any problems.
We were then provided a single PDF with all the itinerary items, confirmation numbers, contact numbers, and local travel tips, plus separate PDFs with restaurants and other recommendations.
The trip itself was amazing. Alex picked out some stuff for us that we never would have found on our own but perfectly matched the experience we wanted. And we intentionally left enough space on the itinerary so we could relax when we wanted or try some unplanned adventure. And it was great peace of mind knowing Alex and the DMC contacts were available if any problems came up.
Alex really wanted to make this trip feel like our own thing and we ended up with a really unique and amazing itinerary that made for a perfect trip. I would absolutely recommend chatting with Alex about planning your next trip!
