Alexandra was a consummate professional throughout. This trip required accommodating both our family and the staff we had travelling with us, and she made a process that could have been complicated for us, incredibly smooth. She also ensured that every request from us was dealt with well in advance of our arrival. Cannot recommend highly enough.
