I originally contacted Alexander to help decide on a hotel in Oslo. His advice and insights led me to the Sommerro which we absolutely loved. I liked that he was able to get a lot of extras in the booking that made us feel like VIPs when we were there. He then ended up booking most of our hotels for this trip as well as recommending and booking a wonderful dinner cruise in Tromso. He was so helpful, pleasant and efficient in his communications and confirmations of all plans. He also offered us some excellent travel insurance options, some of which we purchased. It saved time not having to sort through all this ourselves. We had a mini crisis when an avalanche closed part of our planned train trip but Alexander responded immediately and got our hotel refunded. It was good knowing he was able to help us out even after the trip started if we had any issues, especially with travel in winter when weather can be a factor. I highly recommend him and have recommended him to others. I usually book my own trips but will definitely would consider using his services in the future!

Alex was incredibly helpful when planning our first vacation to Africa. Alex was very communicative and helpful explaining our options for the experiences we were hoping to schedule. Alex coordinated all of our flights to perfection so we could maximize our time in Africa. We gave Alex the difficult task of planning a trip around multiple cities with multiple travelers, and a few itinerary changes along the way.
