Alexa made the booking experience AND hotel stay a dream! Our plans were last minute and up in the air, but Alexa made it easy to find the perfect fit for a quick weekend getaway with my mom. She also checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which of course it was. I will DEFINITELY be booking trips with Alexa in the future. She's a total pro!

Alexa was attentive, organized, and gave us wonderful recommendations. She got us a great rate with some amazing extras! She even told the hotel about our anniversary, which led to some special touches in our room. We will only book hotels in the future using Alexa!

We recently worked with Alexa to plan our family trip to Rome this past July, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she took the time to really listen to what we wanted and what was important to us, including staying within our budget but not sacrificing luxury. We are a family of 6 and it is often hard to find accommodations that suit all of our needs. She found us the most incredible, unique hotel that was a perfect fit. It was clean, chic and in an area of Rome we had not thought to stay in but are so happy we did! We were central to all of the sites we wanted to see without feeling like we were crammed in with all of the tourists.

When we arrived, there was a mix-up with one of our rooms. Rather than letting it ruin our first impression, Alexa immediately stepped in. She was easy to reach, contacted the hotel management directly, and quickly resolved everything so we didn’t have to stress. Without having to discuss it with them they switched our room to a larger one and everything we needed was there. I truly believe our experience would have been completely different without her responsiveness and professionalism—she absorbed the stress for us and made the process seamless.

What impressed us even more was how thoughtful and detail-oriented she was. Alexa found out it was our daughter’s 14th birthday during the trip, and she surprised her with a cake in our room along with birthday wishes. It was such a kind and memorable touch that made the trip even more special. She also handled all of our travel bookings, including arranging car service from the hotel, and thought of details we never would have considered on our own.

Alexa has impeccable taste, sound judgment, and a calm, collected way of making travel feel effortless. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish, and we will absolutely work with her again for future trips. If you want an stress-free, personalized travel experience, Alexa is the person to call!!
