Our Story
Hey! I’m Alex, and if you’ve never had a type-A friend who makes PowerPoint presentations and color-coded itineraries for you before you’ve even booked a flight, you do now! I founded LISTA Planning Co. in 2023, putting my neurotic perfectionism and charmingly obsessive planning skills to good use, because apparently there are a lot of busy, type-B people out there who need someone like me in their corner. I’ve planned honeymoons, babymoons, destination weddings, birthday trips, bach weekends, and everything in between, and being born and raised in Miami has made me a bonafide expert in cruising.

Travel Style
I always show up with a plan, and a backup plan for my backup plan, but I also leave room to get completely lost, because the best spots are always the ones you accidentally stumble into. I need to be able to see the ocean wherever I’m headed (the beach is my happy place and I’ll never say no to a good fly-and-flop), but culture is the whole reason I travel. I love to strike up a convo with a local in an Uber or a coffee shop and add their favorite recs to my itinerary on the fly. My IG husband has been thoroughly trained on getting the best shots, and our hotel is never just a place to sleep. Speakeasys and rooftop bars are my kryptonite.

Alex was energetic and kept the vibe going the entire time. She was flexible and available at all times. Even when we had to extend our stay for a blizzard, she was there to help. She took the stress out of vacation planning so we can just go and enjoy ourselves.

We love the hotel and the amenities however we had some problems with reservations and transportation we had to call Alex many times during our trip and she was so very helpful and calming for the situation that it made us forget about the few obstacles we did have. Overall it was a fabulous vacation thank you Alex for all your help cuz you were wonderful.

Alex is always great and makes us feel like we are her only clients. She helped us out with a couple of price reductions leading up to our trip. She also stayed in contact with the hotel as to the amenities and because we had checked in online, and had early check in, we walked right to our room using the app.

The overall experience was exceptional. From getting an improved rate after the initial booking to making sure the room was ready for early check-in (after a long day of travel). Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for help on any booking plans, small or large!
