My Story
Can't stop, won't stop 'til I've seen the whole world. I'm that friend that always gets the trip out of the group chat (type-A is for Alex). Born and raised in Miami, second-generation Cuban-American.
Travel Style
I have a knack for getting carried away by the shiny, new things to see and do, so I always make sure to add-in plenty of leisure time so future me doesn't die of exhaustion. Don't get me wrong, the touristy spots have a place on the itinerary for sure, but I thrive on local experiences. Speakeasies are my kryptonite.

Alex was energetic and kept the vibe going the entire time. She was flexible and available at all times. Even when we had to extend our stay for a blizzard, she was there to help. She took the stress out of vacation planning so we can just go and enjoy ourselves.

We love the hotel and the amenities however we had some problems with reservations and transportation we had to call Alex many times during our trip and she was so very helpful and calming for the situation that it made us forget about the few obstacles we did have. Overall it was a fabulous vacation thank you Alex for all your help cuz you were wonderful.

Alex is always great and makes us feel like we are her only clients. She helped us out with a couple of price reductions leading up to our trip. She also stayed in contact with the hotel as to the amenities and because we had checked in online, and had early check in, we walked right to our room using the app.

The overall experience was exceptional. From getting an improved rate after the initial booking to making sure the room was ready for early check-in (after a long day of travel). Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for help on any booking plans, small or large!
