Alex was amazing. I normally have so much anxiety about travel, but Alex helped us select the best hotel for us and then took care of all the details after that. My daughter and I were traveling to see a concert and when we got back to our hotel room very very late after the show, we found a fruit and water gift basket from Alex in our room. It was the perfect welcome home gift after we had such a long and late night at the concert. We will definitely book with Alex again.
