Alex gave us every detail of every restaurant and show and was so spot on based on our interests we shared with him! This was our first cruise and he prepped us for everything so that there were no surprises. Exactly what he told us would happen or what we should do or where we should make reservations was amazingly perfect! I am 100% certain that we would NOT have enjoyed this cruise the way we did had we not had Alex to guide us - right down to the suite! We will be cruising again and will ALWAYS book through Alex. You can plan your next cruise right there on the ship but I couldn't imagine doing it without Alex!!! We recommended him to several people on our cruise and would HIGHLY recommend him if you are looking to book a cruise! You will not go wrong with Alex!!!

Alex was great to work with! He found us a beautiful independent hotel that came with a bunch of perks, including free breakfast and a statement credit. He called the hotel in advance to confirm all of our perks and make sure we had a pack and play ready to go. Everything was set for us as soon as we walked in! I'll absolutely book all my hotels and cruises with Alex.

My husband and I used Alex to book our recent vacation and could not have gotten a better experience! He communicated on our behalf to the hotel and was able to get us reservations and perks that were impossible to get on our own! He was attentive and communicative and made our experience wonderful. We will DEFINITELY be booking through him again!
