Alena was the best! I was very nervous about planning a trip for 8+ people, but she took all the stress out of it and made it fun! She was very helpful with providing a lot of hotel and tour options and she found exactly what we all wanted. We threw a lot of curveballs and last minute changes her way and she handled it all with so much positivity and was able to help change our itinerary to be beyond perfect. She was great at having everything very ready and organized for us before the trip and she kept checking in to make sure everything was perfect. I have been recommending her to all my friends and will be using her guidance and expertise on future travel planning!
