Alden did a fantastic job listening to my needs and then finding me the perfect hotel. She even managed a few added perks including late check out and a bar credit. All was much appreciated. Can’t wait to work with her again.

Alden planned EVERYTHING, and it was amazing. There were a few places we didn't get to- a full walk of the park, certain restaurants, but this was mainly due to having too much fun in the other places. The way the itinerary was organized allowed us to be fluid with some of the stop-in places, which was helpful. My five-year-old did get a little tired from all the walking, but nothing was unmanageable. Reservations and bookings were all seamless. One Summit Plaza had a long wait, even with booked times. The girls got a little restless, but it was worth it once we got up to the top. I will use Alden for all trips moving forward. Planning is not my forte, so having her take the reins after knowing all our interests and must-dos was beyond helpful.

On short notice, Alden was able to secure me a room when I needed a place to stay in no time. She booked my room with an optional upgrade and a daily breakfast credit. The whole process was seamless - from payment, to check-in and getting the upgrade, to check-out. My room had an amazing view of the bridge and lower Manhattan. It was hard to part with it. Alden took away all the stress of booking the hotel - quick and smooth.
