Alayna did a phenomenal job arranging our vacation to Costa Rica! From start to finish, she handled every detail seamlessly. The trip was thoughtfully organized down to the smallest touches, which made the entire experience completely stress-free for us. She communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire process and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was meeting (and exceeding!) our expectations. Every reservation, transfer, and experience went off without a hitch. She even arranged extra perks that made us feel like we were receiving true VIP treatment. Alayna was super helpful when it came to booking our trip to French Lick! We gave her a list of things we wanted to do, and she provided us with all we asked for including tee times, a steakhouse dinner, and a great place to stay. She was also super helpful with communicating with the Villa staff in terms of checking in to the Villa as our schedule didn’t align with the preferred check-in time.
