Working with Alane was amazing! She made the entire process so seamless. She even rebooked our reservation when she saw the rates went down and then on top of that was able to get us $200 in hotel credit and drink vouchers. I will definitely use her for my travel in the future!

I wish there was space to add 10 stars. Alane was so proactive, detail-oriented and planned an absolutely beautiful last minute trip without me having to lift a finger. She was very accessible and took the time to get to know exactly what I wanted. I’ll be booking with her from here on out!

Alane was the absolute best and got us a spot at this hotel! When we arrived she had the staff put a welcome bottle of wine in our room which was such a thoughtful gift! She made sure we had all of the information for the hotel and was in direct contact with the staff to ensure our stay was everything and more! We didn’t know where we wanted to stay in Mallorca, but with Alane’s knowledge she recommended this AMAZING hotel to us and we truly had the best experience. We will 10000% be back to this hotel. Can always count on Alane to book the best places to stay! She is THE BEST!!

Alane went above and beyond!! She handled the entire booking process for us and made it such an amazing experience! She was so communicative pre, during and post trip with all travel info. It was so nice to have help finding a cute hotel in the area we wanted to stay in, and Alane made that so easy!
