Alana did such an amazing job making sure I was accommodated during my birthday trip. The communication was very thorough and she had outstanding recommendations for excursions to do outside of the resort. This was one of my best birthday trips I’ve ever taken and I appreciate Alana for making it happen for me, I’ll definitely be booking through her again!

She went out of her several times to ensure that I could pay in a method that I was comfortable with when the hotel presented difficulties. She even arranged a fun excursion for us.
