Alana did a phenomenal job in booking our reservation and making sure that we got the most out of our stay. She personally reached out to the hotel in advance and was able to snag us a major room upgrade at no charge. She notified the hotel that it was my wife's birthday and was able to get a special note and our picture delivered to our room along with a charcuterie board and bottle of wine to celebrate the special occasion. On top of that we she arranged for us to have breakfast included with our regular room rate! We would not have been able to negotiate these special things on our own. She truly does a great job and will go the extra mile and a half to do what she can for her clients. We definitely will utilize her services again in the near future.

Alana was amazing. She listened to all the activities and food inquires that my wife and I had and tailor made a schedule including hotels, restaurants and steering just for us. Made the process easy and then she organized it all in a pdf that was easily accessible for both us during our journey. I would highly recommend using her to book any and all upcoming trips you may have!
