Alana quickly became our new favorite person! We have not used a travel agent before and after this trip for our honeymoon, we can't wait to work with Alana again!!! From the moment we first spoke about using her services and experience, we knew we were in GREAT hands. She's so thoughtful and knowledgeable on everything from flights to hotels and experiences, our honeymoon would not have been nearly as spectacular without her guidance and expertise. We knew we wanted to relax but also experience the unique culture and environments in Italy, and she made sure we got those special moments through a breathtaking hike, boat day, wine tasting, and the list goes on! Who needs a cooking class when you can go wakeboarding on Lake Como?! At our hotels, Alana had bubbly and the most thoughtful notes waiting for us. Her sunshine followed us all the way from Nashville to Italy! And while our flight got cancelled on the way there, she made sure to call, text and assist us with all of that en route AND once we got back to the states. She didn't stop helping until all we had left to do was go through all our amazing pictures and reminisce about our favorite trip ever! It wouldn't have been the most epic honeymoon without Alana! We're so grateful for her time and professionalism, and we can't wait to plan our next trip with her in all life's chapters ahead. Thank YOU times ten to Alana!!! We're forever grateful to her. And look forward to the next trip with her!

Alana really made our honeymoon one to remember! We had our flight cancelled on the way there which was a bit of a bump in the road but she stayed on the phone with my wife throughout the whole thing, and even helped us with our travel insurance once we got home. Between all the car service arrangements, activities we had planned and meal reservations, she had time to leave us champagne and nice notes for our arrivals. After leaving Lake Como, it was hard to think the trip she planned could really get any better, yet she had arranged a Last Supper & Duomo tour for us which ended up being one of our top experiences on the trip (and in life)! The guide was a local, former art history teacher who knew all about every corner we passed during our tour with him. From the Last Supper details to the centuries knowledge inside the Duomo, we knew it was something special. We're eternally grateful for Alana's expertise on this trip and will definitely be coming back to her for all the trips to come. Thank you Alana!

Wow. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Alana went above and beyond to assist with flights, booking, and ground transportation for our weeklong dream vacation in Maui. At the start she helped with getting best deal through our credit card company for flights. Further, we were between multiple hotel options, and Alana helped us pick the best one based on our budget and desires.

Through her booking, Alana got us really cool perks, like free breakfast each day at the hotels amazing restaurant, in addition to a $100 credit each day which we definitely used!

Further, we arrived to our room to find a bottle of Rose, and a sweet personal note from Alana. She coordinated our room to an ideal location, with beautiful views, overlooking the pool and beach!

Also, Alana had plenty of suggestions for local restaurants which was great, because we were not familiar with the area.

Lastly, from the planning process, until completion of our trip, Alana maintained good communication with us so we felt secure. (We had to change our flight at one point!)

Cannot recommend her enough for her communication and the endless effort to make sure our trip was exactly what we were looking for!

Our recent trip on the Royal Caribbean icon of the seas was booked by Alana, which was a first time using a travel agent on any of our trips. We did not realize the ease of booking with the travel agent and would definitely do this again. Alana responded timely by phone call by text by email and always addressed all questions and concerns. It removed the stress of planning the trip and everything that comes with that.

Alana will definitely be booking our next trip.

I couldn’t have planned this trip better myself. Alana saved my sanity by planning every logistic detail from transportation, meals, hotels, and the cruise. Her knowledge of the boat and what to do with toddlers was crucial for our experience. As the mom who takes on the mental load of planning vacations and packing, it was such a gift to have someone who does the planning part for me.
