Wonderful experience with Alana! She was efficient and quick to help with pricing and accomodations. She really sprung into action when our plane was cancelled and we had to figure out a different route to travel to another nearby city. Alana was immediately responsive and researched other hotel options in the new city we were rerouted to. She was a lifeline when we needed it!

Alana was SO HELPFUL when we were booking our trip. We didn't know the first thing about where to stay in Rome and she found both hotels that were perfectly located in the city for our needs and when booking our hotel on the Amalfi Coast, she knew exactly where we should stay. Alana was the person who recommended Ravello and found the Hotel Giordano for us. We visited all of the towns and it was very clear that she referred the best town for us to stay in at the right price point and we wanted to avoid the crowds of tourists in the more touristy towns. We had the most special honeymoon experience because of Alana!

Alana made our booking experience easy-breezy! We were upgraded to a better room with a perfect ocean view and we were greeted with chocolate covered strawberries and family photos in our room. It was so warm and inviting. We will definitely use Alana’s services again for our next trip.
