Our recent trip on the Royal Caribbean icon of the seas was booked by Alana, which was a first time using a travel agent on any of our trips. We did not realize the ease of booking with the travel agent and would definitely do this again. Alana responded timely by phone call by text by email and always addressed all questions and concerns. It removed the stress of planning the trip and everything that comes with that.
Alana will definitely be booking our next trip.

I couldn’t have planned this trip better myself. Alana saved my sanity by planning every logistic detail from transportation, meals, hotels, and the cruise. Her knowledge of the boat and what to do with toddlers was crucial for our experience. As the mom who takes on the mental load of planning vacations and packing, it was such a gift to have someone who does the planning part for me.

Alana made the trip unforgettable! So many special touches like an upgraded room, anniversary champagne and cake, and all of the restaurants being aware of our 10th anniversary when we arrived. She made the booking process for our excursions seamless and it was so nice to not have to worry about planning these details myself. Thank you so much, Alana!!

Alana was absolutely fantastic! She listened to our needs and provided the perfect location for what our family was looking for on our weekend getaway. I would highly recommend working with her on planning your next vacation.
