Super helpful with local recommendations. It was a last minute booking, but she made everything seamless. I love that we got added perks when we booked with her (we got a welcome letter, a bottle of champagne, early and late check-out, room credit to use at the bar/restaurant, and the best part is that we got a room upgrade!).
