Adya did a wonderful job with my recent business trip to Delhi. The service she provided was exemplary. Not only did I get the early check-in I had requested for, but to my surprise I also got an upgrade and access to the Exec lounge which really helped with my meetings at the Hotel. Last but not the least, I even got a late check out and all of this easily saved me a days tariff ! Thank you Adya for making my trip so comfortable and cost effective too!

Adya was superb. She responded to my request and completed the booking immediately at a price that I could not obtain elsewhere despite my Club membership. She was helpful in offering me many alternatives at a similar price point.
