Adrian is by far the BEST travel agent. We had a few “hiccups” with this hotel and Adrian was able to provide the necessary means to establish his guarantee of service. He went above and beyond for us! If it wasn't for his professionalism and his hands on approach with us and the hotel. This experience could have been worse. Adrian doesn't just book a trip, he is fully invested that you have a memorable vacation. I will be sending ALL my friends and family to Adrian (ICONIC MOMENTS) because i know they will and are in good hands:)

Adrian from Iconic Moments did an amazing job of selecting a location for us….he recommended since we were looking for a one night off strip budget accommodation the Fremont experience..I hadn’t ever explored the area and was pleasantly surprised about the live bands, restaurants and activities to do. I plan on using Iconic Moments for my future travels

Adrian booked this stay, and as always, the reservation went without a hitch. The nice thing is, when/if a hotel makes a mistake, all I have to do is call Adrian and he fixes it in a professional manner. I save money when I book with Adrian and have the added benefit of a travel agent who calls ahead to make sure there will be no issues at check in!
