My Story
I am a boutique travel advisor focused on real cultural experiences and both high-end and authentic culinary history. Because I have lived in the regions I specialize in, I don’t just rely on brochures. I rely on lived experience. I help my clients navigate the world’s most culturally rich places—from the hidden corners of Hoi An and the remote fjords of Norway to the 3-star tables of the Mediterranean—ensuring every journey is as authentic and personal as it is exclusive.
Travel Style
My travel style is defined by the contrast between luxury and authenticity. I believe the perfect day starts with a high-performance training session and ends with the best meal of your life—which is just as likely to be found at a 3-star Michelin table as it is on a plastic stool in a hidden Bangkok alleyway.
I curate journeys for those who want the ‘wow’ spark of a stunning hotel view but refuse to miss the soul of a city. For me, luxury isn’t about staying away from culture. It’s about having the direct access to dive into the heart of it and the peace of a beautiful hotel to return to. Whether it’s tracking down a centuries-old dumpling recipe in Vietnam (yes I did that) or going out of my way to find the best, most authentic dish to that region to understand its history and heritage, I prioritize health, culinary depth, and the high-low balance that makes travel feel real.

Taste, Texture & Tradition: Beyond the Lanterns of Hoi An, Vietnam
Hoi An is the city that sparked my love for Vietnamese culture and its culinary heritage. Once a strategic global trading port, this UNESCO World Heritage site is a vibrant melting pot where centuries of Japanese, Chinese, and French influences have shaped the regional flavors we know today. For me, it was love at first sight in the golden old Town and love at first taste in the back-alley kitchens that still hold their century old recipes.
