Abby is amazing: From her prompt correspondence to the perks and amenities and upgrades that were added to my room and reservation. I was so satisfied. Also, she was very thorough in explaining what I was to expect with Be Tulum. I received a welcome bottle of Mezcal and even on my last night I received cake and a bottle of champagne. My room was perfect with the private plunge pool. I had floor to ceiling windows and even days that it rained, it was so serene. Thanks Abby for the upgrade!

Abby is a Rock Star! I sometimes wonder how she does it all, and delivers such amazing service every time we book through her. She sends us reminders before we arrive, to ensure we remember to utilize all our perks; she calls the hotel team to serve us while are there, she checks on us during our stay and responds very expeditiously to any questions or requests. My family loves Abby so much. She has really taken the workload off the planning process for hotel stays and trips. We don't have to worry about anything, so we focus on enjoying our trip.
