Aashima was amazing throughout the whole experience. She is the most responsive Travel Agent with whom I’ve ever worked. Traveling internationally and being in different time zones, we would not expect to have prompt replies and attention to issues or concerns. Aashima was always available and ready to help.

Aashima was fantastic, and very helpful. I used her services for a three-week trip from Switzerland to the USA. My trip had four different city stops in three weeks up and down the East Coast, she helped with everything from hotels to trains and flights. She even sent me restaurant ideas unprompted — and her restaurant recommendation in Brooklyn ended up being our favorite of the whole trip! I will definitely be using her services again, and highly recommend her, especially for complex travel needs. I was especially impressed by her thoroughness and quick response times. For someone new to using a travel agent, Aashima made me feel comfortable and relaxed about my travels. I really appreciated having an itinerary that I could just send my friends, and not having to think about all the little details. She made everything feel easy, I wish I had done this sooner for other trips!
