My Story
Since 2016, I’ve flown nearly all top-tier international first-class services (Air France La Première continues to elude me!) primarily on points and miles. Once at destinations, I deeply explore the local food scene, based in primarily major Western luxury hotel chains (think Park Hyatt).
Eating is truly an obsession for me, and I believe a great meal makes a great trip.
Travel Style
I travel through food first. Restaurants, markets, cafés, airline catering, hotel breakfasts. What and where you eat shapes the entire experience, and I design trips accordingly. I obsess over reservations worth planning a day around, neighborhood spots locals actually go to, and meals that tell you something real about a place.
I always know where to eat, when to book, and what’s overrated, so clients spend less time researching and more time enjoying unforgettable meals.

Aaron is excellent at making very quick, very helpful travel recommendations for both airfare reservations and hotel reservations. I highly recommend him. And I have, for a few years, taken 3 to 4 separate trips. He's very helpful in a large number of destinations, many quite remote.

I've been taking 3 to 4 foreign trips in the last few years. Aaron is always helpful, including on my widespread travels to often remote areas. Aaron has great research capabilities, and I've been able to book great flights and great hotels through him, often in remote places. He's always very quick on coming back with great recommendations. And he makes superb suggestions in a country that I've not quite fleshed out the all the places I might want to visit.
