Cannot speak highly enough about Nicole, and would recommend her to anyone and everyone for all travel advisory needs. She made the planning process so smooth for me and took so much of the burden off my shoulders. Everything was taken care of, and she was very flexible with requests throughout the entire process.

Nicole was amazing from beginning of planning, night before trip, while at the resort, and after our return home. She was always easy to contact and quick to respond back. One of the things I'm thankful for is her recommendation of butler service, I normally would not have done that and it was a huge payoff. The butler service saved us headaches with reserving pool side cabanas and dinner reservations among other things. Nicole was also a big help in planning our excursion away from the resort. One last thing, we ran into a semi-problem with transportation on the way back to the airport and I reached out to Nicole and she answered her phone right away and addressed the issue for us. I would definitely recommend Nicole if you are looking to book a vacation. My favorite thing is I've never met Nicole and she seems like she became a friend during the whole process. Thanks Nicole!

Nicole was excellent with hearing what we were looking for in our family vacation. Even when our initial plans changed, several times. Nicole was quick to refocus her efforts to helping us find the best all-including, tropical destination.
