Kate was a dream to work with! She took care of everything so we could have a relaxing and stress free vacation. The accommodations she booked for us were exactly what we were looking for. We loved the experiences and tours as well, and felt she paid such great attention to what we were asking for. We had a hiccup in our travel due to a delayed flight and Kate was on it helping us rebook train tickets and private car transfers. She made what should have been a stressful travel day completely stress free. Cannot recommend working with her enough!

Kate made our honeymoon incredibly special! When we got to our hotel room, there was a bottle of champagne and chocolates waiting for us. She informed Il San Pietro and every other hotel we stayed at that we were traveling for our honeymoon, so everyone treated us with the most generous hospitality. Kate was always on top of it, so friendly, and a joy to work with. We will always use Kate as our travel agent going forward!
