From Provence's rustic elegance to the Riviera’s glamour, these properties are truly the yin and yang of the South of France. Chateau Saint-Martin & Spa

My experience at Chateau Saint-Martin & Spa was extraordinary. Nestled amidst the rolling hills of Vence, this castle-turned-hotel offers a peaceful and tranquil escape. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the property's timeless charm and breathtaking views. The property boasts beautiful gardens, an inviting pool, and stunning panoramic views over the countryside, with the Mediterranean off in the distance.

Spending some time at the spa allowed for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating respite. The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail were impeccable, making me feel like a VIP from the moment I checked in. The Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Saint-Martin, serves delicious gourmet cuisine and is a must during your visit. After dinner, you can enjoy a night cap at the Chateau’s regal cocktail bar, Le Rossini. During the day, you can get lost in the medieval village of Saint-Paul de Vence, a mecca for artists. While in the historic town, enjoy lunch in the most charming garden at La Colombe d'Or.

Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc

After several days of relaxation, I had the chateau’s private chauffeur escort me down to the coast to experience their sister property, the iconic Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. As soon as I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat.

Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc captivated me immediately with its timeless glamour and sophisticated ambiance. Perched on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the view from the property was spectacular. The stunning grounds, exceptional service, and luxurious accommodations exceeded my expectations. A gourmet meal at the Michelin-starred Louroc showcased the best of French and Mediterranean cuisine.

Your trip there won’t be complete until you take the hotel’s boat to have lunch at La Guérite, a Mediterranean restaurant, where afternoons turn into a party. From the infinity pool to the private beach and the spa, all of the amenities are top-notch. The Dior Spa is not to be missed! Whether you are jumping off the vintage diving board into the sea or climbing on the over-the-water trapeze, this riviera playground provides constant entertainment for everyone. With all the glitz and glam, I felt like a Hollywood star in this iconic retreat!
