Happy Birthday, Fora! Celebrating Two Years Around the Sun

It's official: Fora is two years old. And we're ready to tackle our *terrific* twos (see what we did there...).

To celebrate this milestone, we're taking a look back at the moments & milestone  – in tech, training & travel – that made our last year the best one yet.

1. Tech: making bookings a breeze

Tech has always been a driving force, and this year brought some game-changing developments. We celebrated new features on Portal, our all-in-one tech platform for travel advisors. (This spring also marks Portal's first birthday.)

These included the Vault, a tool that ensures seamless collection and storage of client payment information. The Vault takes the headache out of what used to be a thorny and inefficient process.

Portal has also expanded, and includes a robust supplier database, with over 4,500 preferred partners (and counting). And with more than 35,000 bookings already logged and many more on the horizon, we're just getting started.

2. Training: launching a key ingredient in Fora’s secret sauce

This year brought the launch of our small-group training model. This program offers a flexible, engaging and community-driven experience for our advisors, with accessible learning & advanced education. The curriculum covers the tools, tech and marketing resources to build your travel business – always on your terms.

3. Travel: FAM trips galore

This year, we took things up a notch with a series of Fora FAM trips to destinations like Greece, Mexico and Nicaragua. We even ventured out on the high seas for a Virgin Voyages FAM.

These FAM trips are full community affairs, because afterward, advisors lean in to share their newfound intel with our larger advisor network. The result? bookings. In the three months since the Virgin Voyages FAM trip, our community of advisors has booked nearly half a million dollars in Virgin Voyages cruises.
