Nicole was wonderful from the very first interaction we had! She really understood what we were looking for and was able to make sure we got the complete Fora treatment! We had an incredible family trip and Nicole made sure it had all the extras to make it great!

Nicole helped us book an entire beautiful trip to Maui for a group of 10. The morning of our departure, news of the horrific calamity in the island canceled our flights. We had family from various parts of the world in LA ready for departure. In the course of 2 hours Nicole helped us reconsider locations, weather, options for kids, availability of flights and hotel and was on conference call with 4 family members answering various questions. A Costa Rican pivot that surpasses all expectations was born! Her experience meant she was super aware of what we would do in record time - the perfect hotel for us, vehicles to the hotel, massages that get booked out, a river safari. Bioluminescent ocean swims, cloud forest zip lining, secluded beaches and more. We spent much of our vacation marveling that we were enjoying this magical itinerary that didn’t exist a few days ago! Needless to say, I can’t say enough good things about Nicole Jackson.

I can’t say enough good things about Nicole. I was trying to book a last minute trip to the Caribbean for the week of Dec 16th, 4 weeks before departure. I was having trouble making decisions and finding places because there wasn’t a lot left and much of it was obscure. I contacted Fora on a whim and was put in touch with Nicole. She asked a few questions and provided me with great options right away on different islands. When I shared that I needed something different- more boutique- she was able to find even more to choose from. And she booked it at a better rate than what I found. I must have emailed her at least 10 times and finally decided on Harbor Island. From there she helped me book rooms, understand the way the island worked, identified things it would miss, found options for day trips and adventure type activities off the island and booked them, found great restaurants and booked all reservations(more emails and a couple phone calls!) I mean there wasn’t anything she didn’t think about. Any questions I had, she figured out. She then put it into a daily itinerary and even within that she provided more options of places to eat and things to do daily. It turned out to be such a well planned, wonderful trip. Literally one of the best. I told her that we would look to her for our future trips because it was so successful and such a pleasant process to create the trip.
