Michelle is a rock star! This was the first trip where things truly felt effortless, we did zero thinking and made zero decisions. Our flight was getting in early and we thought we would have to figure out how to get in touch with transportation upon arrival but our car was already waiting when we landed- thanks to Michelle. We prefer quiet during our spa treatments and it's always uncomfortable for me to ask for what I want when they are already making my stay so comfortable but Michelle had communicated everything we asked for to the hotel so there was no discomfort. She also made sure that there were plenty of vegetarian options by the time we arrived since a lot have to brought in from bigger islands. She also coordinated a very special sailing cruise, we would not have been able to pick the right one but she went as far as to speak to them to ensure that it was in fact a great company. The hotel told us that they loved working with Michelle and hoped that more travel professionals were as clear, sweet, and respectful as her.
