Julie was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with about all aspects of our trip. She helped plan my mothers 80th birthday trip and was thoughtful to leave champagne and specialty sweets in our rooms. It takes the stress out of the equation to have Julie put the pieces together in an itinerary!

Julie is the reason why our trip was so amazing! She was so responsive and detail-oriented, making sure we had all of the info necessary to prepare for our first Virgin cruise. She helped us book all of our restaurants (and all of her suggestions were delicious!), advised us on the best shows and activities to sign up for on board, and even personally called Virgin to make sure we had a room that was away from noisy areas of the ship. The Virgin Voyages app is not very effective but thanks to Julie this didn’t hinder our trip at all. Julie also helped us book excursions for our day trips. When we told Julie we wanted to do a private tour (not offered by Virgin- they only offer group excursions), she did extensive research and helped us find an incredible excursion with a private guide and transportation to the Waterfalls of Damajagua in Puerto Plato. It was truly a highlight of our trip. When we debarked in San Juan, Julie planned the perfect day of food, cocktails, and activities for us before we had to return home. She even provided us with an interactive map for us to follow and get to each restaurant/bar/activity with ease. Julie made us feel like VIPs the whole time, and made everything so easy for us. We will never book another vacation without her help!
