Daphne recommended Enchantment for our recent trip to Sedona, and as usual, Daphne has phenomenally good taste in travel experiences. With regard to communication & efficiency: she was able to book our room quickly based on our potential travel dates and she was clear/prompt with describing room options via email. We received several perks based on booking with her too- like an upgraded room, free breakfast, and a plate of dessert delivered to our room upon check-in! Last but not least, Daphne went above and beyond to coordinate our dinner at the hotel with some friends who wanted to surprise us for our anniversary. It was obvious that she really cares about her travelers experience, and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our trip.

Daphne was so helpful and made our booking process very easy. I appreciated all her recommendations! Having her coordinate our transportation from the airport to the resort when we arrived was a great addition.

I engaged with Daphne to plan a parent's getaway, and leading up to the trip we had to pivot to something closer to home.
